The mission of Barriers Against Repeated Cruelty (BARC)  is to aid in the eradication of brutal and vicious abuse perpetrated against animals, especially those in Domestic Violence situations and to help forgotten animals victims. Abused and abandoned and left to die in pounds, by assisting with vetting costs and networks with Rescues to save lives.
